How a repair works

1. You call or WhatsApp us and describe the appliance and the fault.
2. We arrange a house call, or you drop the appliance at our workshop.
3. The technician tests the appliance on site and gives you a quote.
4. Once you approve, the repair is carried out and tested before we leave.
